The "Pioneer Academy of Science," also known as the "Turkish College" in Clifton, New Jersey was ranked the second in the United States National Science Olympiad.
The olympiad, co-organized by Dupont Corporation and George Washington University, took place in Washington, D.C. with 340 students competing in 25 categories.
Turkish students of Pioneer won 4 gold, 6 silver and 12 bronze medals.
The same students were ranked the first in a regional olympiad held in New Jersey last week.
The Turkish College received the highest marks in US National Science Olympiad.
